Indeed traditionally considered salaries, locations, and job requirements as crucial factors for job seekers. But things are changing. Covid has brought up the Great Resignation and several changes to how and why we work. To meet the new demands of the evolving labor market, we need to collect and display more details about companies to help job seeker find better fit companies

I wish the team could meet in person to build stronger relationships early in the process. There were several cross-functional teams involved in the project, including psychologists, marketing, and various product teams. I believe that meetings in person help teams move faster and establish trust more quickly

When we started the project, we had three strategic options to consider: building a new standalone product focused on work wellbeing, implementing it as a feature on an existing product, or postponing the project until there is more certainty about the economy. I documented the pros and cons of each approach and aligned the team to find a middle ground
